Anyone who have visited the Côte d'Azur will understand why it is the place so many artists stayed again and again. The beautiful colours and scenary makes it difficult not to produce great works. The art space in South of France is situated in the centre of Nice in a bourgeois building 10 minutes walk from the sea of a size of 150 square meters.
The art trip will be composed of - Morning Study in depth at Chagall museum, Picasso museum, Matisse museum, Renior, Bonnard etc and visit the villages - Afternoons Outdoor paintings with great spot of Seaview or old town with detailed guidance on composition and colour arrangements - Evenings Poetry reading with music with study and discussion of some items from the locally inspired Jean Cocteau and Nietzsche. Depends on the length of the trip chosen, Local in depth tour of Nice, Cannes and Monaco and modern art scene is also possible as well as extra visits to the stunning villages such as Eze or art village of St Paul can be arranged. Meals and accommodations can be included if chosen. There were more than 20 flights a day from London to Nice before Covid and now that has reduced to 6 which is still plenty.
